Terms of Use

The rules for using Postline: what the service does, what is up to you and to us, plans, payment and cancellation.

Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Draft awaiting legal review: this text describes what Postline does today and may change before the final version.

Acceptance

These terms govern the use of Postline, a service of NZK TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("NZK", "we"), by the company that subscribes to it and the people it invites ("you").

By creating an account, signing in to the app, or using the CLI or the API, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Whoever accepts on behalf of a company declares they have the authority to do so.

The service

Postline plans, generates, reviews, schedules and publishes organic content for a workspace's brands: editorial identity, calendar, AI generation of articles and images, review and approval, and publishing to destinations such as Next.js sites, the hosted blog, WordPress, Ghost, LinkedIn and other channels you connect.

Publishing to a Next.js site depends on an assisted install in the customer's project (through Postline's CLI and SDK). After it, each article is published with no new deploy.

Account and workspace

  • You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail, or with Google or Apple. Keep access to your e-mail safe: whoever controls it controls your account.
  • The workspace owner invites members and sets their roles. The company answers for what its members, API tokens and connected apps do in the workspace.
  • Only the owner manages the subscription and the workspace's spending.
  • Account information must be true and up to date.

Content and publishing

You decide what is published. By default, all content goes through review before it is scheduled; if you turn on auto-publish, content approved by the rules you set goes out without human review, and your company remains responsible for it.

Only connect sites, domains and accounts your company has the right to use. Each channel's use remains subject to its own terms and policies (for example, LinkedIn's, WordPress's or Ghost's).

Acceptable use

You may not use Postline to:

  • publish spam, scams, phishing, harassment, discrimination or any illegal content;
  • infringe third parties' rights, including privacy, image, trademark and intellectual property;
  • impersonate another person or company, or publish misleading information as if it were true;
  • circumvent limits, quotas or security mechanisms, or access other workspaces' data;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service without written permission.

NZK may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, as described in Suspension and termination.

Your data and your content

The content you put into Postline and what it generates for you belong to your company. NZK uses them only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy says.

AI features

AI-generated text and images may contain errors, inaccuracies or similarities to existing content. Review what is generated before publishing. What your company publishes is its own, like any other content.

Each generation uses credits from your plan's quota, and Postline shows the estimate before you confirm a batch.

Integrations and API

API tokens, the CLI and integrations act within the permissions you grant. Keep tokens safe; they can be revoked at any time.

Webhooks and publications send data to the destinations you configure, and those destinations are your company's responsibility.

Plans and payment

Postline is sold by subscription, per workspace, in Brazilian reais, by card through Stripe. Plans, prices and limits are those shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Price changes apply from the next renewal and are announced in advance by e-mail.

Cancellation

No lock-in: the owner cancels whenever they like, in the app. The plan runs until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. There is no prorated refund of periods already paid, except where the law requires it.

Suspension and termination

NZK may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, stops paying, or puts the service or other customers at risk, giving notice beforehand whenever possible.

To delete the workspace and its data, the owner can ask at contato@postline.com.br, as the Privacy Policy says.

Availability and support

We work to keep Postline available, but maintenance and failures can happen, including those of AI providers, publishing channels and other suppliers the service depends on.

Support answers at contato@postline.com.br.

Intellectual property

The software, the Postline brand and the site's content belong to NZK. The subscription gives your company the right to use the service while it lasts, without transferring any of these rights. Suggestions you send us may be used to improve the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the version in force, and relevant changes are announced by e-mail or in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Postline after that means accepting the new version.
